Call for Proposals: Travel & Organization Services

Project Title: PROmoting innovative solutions for the TECHnological Transition of the MEDiterranean horticultural sector (PROTECHMED) Project Code: A_T_1.1_0461 Activity: Activity 3.2.2 – Inception Camp

Proposals are invited for travel organization services within the scope of the PROTECHMED project carried out by Akdeniz University, for the "Inception Camp" event to be held in Ragusa, Sicily (Italy).

Travel Details

Main Destination: Ragusa, Sicily (Italy)

Departure Date: June 2, 2026 (From Antalya)

Return Date: June 6, 2026

Number of Participants: 3 Persons

Accommodation: Single rooms (3 separate rooms) in Ragusa.

Requested Services

1. Transportation: Round-trip flight tickets between Antalya and Ragusa (Preferably via Comiso or Catania airports).

2. Accommodation: 4 nights of hotel accommodation in Ragusa.

3. Catering Services: Full board service including 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) throughout the travel period (June 2–6).

4. Transfers: Round-trip transfer service between the arrival airport and the hotel in Ragusa.

Proposal Requirements

Flight Details: Airline, stopover points, and baggage allowance.

Hotel Information: Name, category, and location of the hotel in Ragusa.

Catering Plan: Details on how the meals will be provided (in-hotel or external).

Pricing: Price per person and total price (including/excluding VAT).Terms: Cancellation and modification policies.
