Service Procurement Notice - External Expertise for Financial Administration

Akdeniz University is seeking external expertise services for financial administration within the scope of the project:

PROTECHMED (PROmoting innovative solutions for the TECHnological Transition of the MEDiterranean horticultural sector) –PROTECHMED~A_T_1.1_0461

Scope of Services:

Project budget planning and monitoring
Verification of cost eligibility in line with EU funding rules
Preparation of financial reports (interim and final)
Support for audit processes and documentation
Cash flow management and payment tracking
Organization and control of financial documentation

Expected Deliverables:

Periodic financial monitoring reports
Financial reports compliant with EU standards
Audit-ready documentation package
Cost eligibility verification tables

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in EU-funded projects (e.g. Horizon Europe, Erasmus+)
Strong expertise in financial reporting and budget management
Ability to work and report in English
